UI/UX Designer with a software engineering background, building dashboards and interfaces for complex, data-heavy systems at Pivara Technologies — from a thermal-analysis dashboard within a SCADA platform for solar-plant monitoring to building an LLM-assisted call-quality and coaching application end-to-end using Flask, SQLAlchemy, and OpenRouter. A Computer Science graduate who moved into UI/UX because I'd rather make a system understandable than just functional — and who's now upskilling across the stack to build that understanding directly into the product.
Built a call-scoring and transcription web app end-to-end at Pivara Technologies using Flask, SQLAlchemy, and the OpenRouter API for LLM-based transcription, scoring, and translation. Created role-based dashboards for representatives and administrators, including score trends, factor-level performance views, team leaderboards, and periodic summaries. Also built out user onboarding, team management, authentication, and background-processing workflows so scoring jobs run without blocking the interface.
Designed and refined screens for solar-plant thermal data at Pivara Technologies, structuring user flows in Figma and using SQL to support dashboard decisions, aligning interfaces with real operational requirements.
